The Short of it...

• Our payment must be made within 7 days
• All new clients are required to pay 33% of estimated project cost prior to project commencement
• Billing is done in 15 minute increments
• On-site consultation visitations or 'callout' fees are charged at a minimum of 2 hours per callout
• Payment of a deposit means automatic approval of our latest contract offering
• The client is accountable for the accuracy of content provided to Indietech for online or print publishing unless otherwise stated

The Long Story...

Payment

Indietech requires a non-refundable 33% of the estimated project cost in advance prior to commencing any project and the balance upon completion of the project for all new clients. For all ongoing maintenance plans, we ask that clients pay within seven (7) days of receipt of invoice or our services may be put on hold until the invoice is paid in full. We do not offer any refunds for pre-approved design work.

If during the course of the project you are unable to provide us with the necessary information, materials or feedback in a timely manner when requested it could result in a substantial delay. If we request content, images, information, decisions or approvals that are necessary to complete the work and you do not respond and provide them within thirty (30) days of our request, we may deem the work to be completed and all payments due.

From time to time, Indietech may be required to refund the customer for 2 possible reasons:

• Refund for overpayment of invoices by client
• Refund for resolution of disputed invoices

In the event that payment is made by credit card, Indietech can refund the credit card that was used to settle the account or transfer the necessary funds to the client's bank account.

In case we need to refund your initial payment, we ask that intellectual property rights be respected. Our product ownership stays with us unless it is paid for in full.

The following services are non-refundable:

• Domain registration
• Website hosting (beyond 30 days)
• SSL certificate
• Static IP address
